The Center for Growth & Development is proud to employ a team of enthusiastic, skilled professionals who are passionate about their work.
Every staff member holds a college degree in education, psychology, early childhood development, behavior analysis or a related field. Each child’s program is developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In addition to BCBAs, our staff includes certified special education teachers, certified regular education teachers, and other experts in the field of autism treatment and education who are highly trained and credentialed. All of our staff members go through extensive training in principles and application of behavior analysis, and take part in regular ongoing professional development workshops to ensure we meet our goal of providing the highest quality treatment available.
